We will occasionally update or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice and you agree to be unconditionally bound by the updated Terms and Conditions. Accordingly, it is recommended you review these Terms and Conditions each time you visit the Site.
All content included or comprising the Site, including though not limited to, text, graphics, logos, buttons, icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Elite Outdoor and Patio. Except as expressly authorized or licensed, you may not copy, modify, remove, transmit, or in any way exploit any of the content of the site, in whole or in part.
The Site is created, operated, and controlled by Elite Outdoor and Patio in the State of Arkansas, United States of America. The laws of the State of Arkansas will govern the Terms and Conditions without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of laws.

We take steps to make all information received from you as secure as reasonably possible from unauthorized access and use. We collect, store, and use personal information you voluntarily provide to us, to provide you with our products and services, to process your transactions, and to improve the quality of our services. During the checkout process, we collect information to complete your order. When you visit the Site, we automatically receive and store information about your visit on our servers, such as your IP address, cookie information, and the pages you requested and visited while on the Site. This information is used solely for our purposes, such as to track user patterns, page errors, and broken links in order to provide you with a better shopping experience. This information along with any personal information is protected and used for the processing of your order. Some information such as your shipping address, phone number, and other information you provide to us while placing an order may be provided to the shipping company to assist with order completion. While we take every effort to display the true colors of the products offered on the Site, due to the differences in computer monitors or display devices we cannot guarantee that the color on your monitor display will accurately display any of the color choices.

In the event that any portion of these Terms and Conditions shall be invalid, illegal, or otherwise unenforceable, such provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be severable from all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not be adversely affected or impaired, and shall there by remain in full force and effect.

Listed below are the general requirements for returns:
General Return Requirements:
- Items must be in their original packaging and condition and include ALL owners’ manuals and warranty cards to be eligible for return.
- Merchandise cannot have been installed.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- All returns are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable after items ship.
- Order processing and handling fee is non-refundable after an order is processed.
- If an item was shipped to you via freight, the item must be returned via freight prepaid.
After the first 60 days:
If after 60 days of delivery, you have any problem with purchased items, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the manufacturer to resolve any issues.
Warranty Claim Information:
All products carry manufacturer's warranties. We can assist you with your warranty claim or you can contact the manufacturer directly. Keep all warranty cards and information supplied with your products.
Your order is important to us, which is why we want to make sure that your products arrive on time and in excellent condition. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to be informed of your shipment details.
Some large items must be shipped via freight. Freight shipping will vary by location. You can see an estimate of your shipping charges by adding the item(s) to the cart and entering your postal code. Normal delivery hours for Freight Shipping are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time. The delivery company will contact you at the number you provide us to arrange a delivery time. You are responsible for inspecting and unloading your shipment from the delivery truck/trailer. Be sure to have enough people on hand at the time of delivery to ensure a smooth delivery process. If you require assistance unloading your shipment from the truck/trailer to the curb, lift gate service is available at an additional charge.
Freight delivery personnel are typically able to wait up to 15 minutes while you inspect your shipment to ensure the correct number of pieces were delivered and are free of damage. Although it is a rare occurrence, should you notice any damage, you are allowed to break the shrink wrap on the skids to inspect individual items. If any item(s) are clearly damaged or missing, or if you have doubt about any item being damaged or missing, you MUST do the following:
- Note all damage/missing items clearly on the bill of lading before signing. (ie: - "missing 2 pieces", "torn packaging", "cracks in step", etc)
- Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging.
- Refuse any damaged items as allowed by the freight delivery personnel.
- Keep your copy of the proof of delivery.
- Contact us within 1 business day.
- Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection.
If any of your shipment is damaged or missing and you did not note this in any way on the proof of delivery, we CANNOT guarantee any compensation for damages or replacements for missing items.
Lift gate/Curbside Delivery Service:
During checkout, you will have the option to select lift gate/curbside delivery. A lift gate is a motorized platform attached to the back of a freight truck/trailer that will lower your shipment to the ground. The freight delivery personnel will place your order on the ground using the lift gate and you will be responsible for placing it where you see fit. If you do not have an elevated loading dock or forklift to unload your items from the truck, you may need a lift gate. If you have questions about whether lift gate service is right for your order, feel free to contact us. Lift gate/Curbside delivery service may not be available in all locations. If you've paid for lift gate and it is unavailable for your delivery, we will credit the purchaser the amount paid for lift gate service only.
